Our Typical Requirements

Hemmingway have an immediate requirement and are primarily looking for:

 

1.) Shops with vacant or tired residential on the upper floors, that would suit either conversion to large HMO (7 Beds or above) or refurbish to Serviced Accommodation.

 

Ideally town centre or secondly, must demonstrate strong demand for either strategy.

2.) Freehold blocks of flats in good locations, with strong margin to title split and sell individual units.

Ideally light refurb but will consider heavy refurb with demonstrable margin.

 


Introducing parties including agents and sourcers welcome, unretained introductory fees paid and re-instructed.
