Introducing Drew Hemmingway

I am an experienced Property Developer and Landlord, having started my career in property after studying for a Diploma in Construction Science in 1998.

After college I went to work for Building & Commercial Ltd working in the acquisition team and worked up to Land Director and then in 2005 formed Hydefield Developments Ltd with a business partner. I then went on to found Hemmingway Equity Ltd in 2007 and Hemmingway Equity Real Estate in 2012, a property investment, development and asset management company.
