Hemmingway Private Equity is a Cheltenham based fund management business whose investment focus is currently the UK commercial real estate sector. Our Private Equity arm is headed up by Philip Jones, a retired surveyor with over 40 years experience particularly in the area of commercial portfolio acquisition & management. The majority of the assets owned by our funds are refurbished and let on long leases or modernised student accommodation.

Investment in our funds is open to high net worth or sophisticated investors, with a minimum commitment of £50,000

Invest to earn fixed returns from 8% to 12% PA
